The Mutual Fun

Est. fiscal year 2026, on Solana, listed on pump.fun

Stop trading alone.

Five funds, run by the people who hold them. Your Seat is randomly assigned to one, and from then on the fund's book is up to you: once a week everyone votes on what it holds, and when it gains, everyone gets a check. The rules are the same for all five, so the only difference between them is the people and what they decide together.

Five steps, one page

Sign in, apply, mint, enroll, vote. Each desk opens in this order, and each one hands you to the next.

  1. Sign in

Connect a Solana wallet: Phantom, Solflare or Backpack.

  2. Apply

Apply for a TMF Pass in the Waiting Room.

  3. Mint

Take a Seat at the Subscription Desk. One TMF Pass is two chairs.

  4. Enroll

Your Seat is drawn into one of the five funds at random.

  5. Vote

Every week, pick one of three choices on the Proxy Ballot. When the fund gains, you get a check.

The Open Market

— $TMF a Seat

A program that buys and sells Seats for $TMF in both directions at one fixed house rate. Buying a Seat at random costs the rate plus eight percent. Choosing a specific Seat costs the rate plus sixteen percent. Selling a Seat back pays the rate less eight percent.

It always holds enough $TMF to buy back every Seat it is holding. Always that number, never another.

The Closing Bell

Fridays at 20:00 UTC. Voting on the week's Proxy Ballot ends at the bell, and the result decides what each fund does on Fiscal Friday. Solana runs on UTC, so the bell doesn't move for daylight saving; your local time does.
